About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Senior Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate personnel controls, including file integrity, turnover rates, retention, security, mobility, and other applicable metrics.
  • Monitor and resolve internal and external labor issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage flexibility policies, including Work-Life Balance initiatives.
  • Select external personnel and organize recruitment efforts.
  • Select internal staff and manage career development plans.
  • Host events to recognize and integrate employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Participate in initiatives of various committees, including Equal Opportunities, PEP+, and Emotion.
  • Develop and implement improvements in onboarding processes.
  • Manage headcount versus Actual Operating Plan (AOP) metrics.
  • Monitor development programs, including First Gen and Next Gen initiatives.
  • Actively participate in business expansion initiatives.
  • Manage Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) action plans.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Advanced English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personnel management or Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
