We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Senior Coordinator to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate personnel controls, including file integrity, turnover rates, retention, security, mobility, and other applicable metrics.
- Monitor and resolve internal and external labor issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage flexibility policies, including work-from-home arrangements and flexible work schedules.
- Select external personnel and organize recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse and talented pool of candidates.
- Select internal staff and manage career development plans, including training and professional growth opportunities.
- Host events and activities to promote employee recognition, engagement, and integration.
- Participate in initiatives and committees focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as employee well-being and development.
- Develop and implement improvements to onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Manage headcount and AOP (Annual Operating Plan) targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate development programs, including first-generation and next-generation leadership initiatives.
- Actively participate in business expansion initiatives and manage OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) action plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personnel management or human resources, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of SAP (Nice to have).
