Job Description:
- Responsible for providing top-notch customer support
- Owning, troubleshooting and solving customer technical issues using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams
- Ensuring all relevant information about the issue has been documented
- Providing suggestions on process improvements by collecting and analysing metrics
- Identifying cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)
- Providing recommendations on next steps based on situational analysis
- Learnt new technologies to help the team explore new solutions to existing problems
- Driving technical collaboration & engagement among other teams in the company
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role with troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
- 2+ years of software development experience with PHP, and Node JS
- Experience with Java script, HTML, CSS and Zoho deluge will be a plus
- B.S. degree in C.S. (or similar degree) or equivalent experience
- Possession of Spanish and English language skills (native or full professional proficient), ability to work with other cultures
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to work independently

Compensation: Estimated salary range is between 16,000 - 20,000 pesos MX gross per month, depending on experience and skills.
