Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, eager to contribute to our dynamic team, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support across the company, either in-person or remotely
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary
  • Set up accounts and equipment for new users
  • Remove users and track return of equipment
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field (preferred)
  • Industry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software (may be required)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of end-user hardware and software solutions
  • Extensive experience working with different operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and clients
Bonus Skills

Experience with Microsoft O365, Admin, Active Directory, and Intune is highly desirable. Additionally, SharePoint experience and mobile device management skills would be an asset.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 based on location and industry standards. Level Access offers competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.
