Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer's order cycle - Order To Cash (from order entry to payment) on the date and quantity requested to meet the customer's needs and ensure the achievement of the contracted goals
  • Manage the evolution of sales with a focus on achieving sales targets (NET Sales)
  • Manage the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycle with the participation of internal areas (Sales, SCM, Finance, and Marketing) in a collaborative manner with customers to reduce costs in the supply chain and generate greater profitability in the Company-Customer partnership

Requirements:

  • 6 Years of experience leading demand planning/supply chain/customer service areas
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or related field
  • Experience leading local and USA team
  • Analytical & strategical profile
  • Desirable MBA in business, administration, supply chain
  • Sap, Microsoft Office, S&OP Advanced
  • Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus
  • ISO14001, ISO9001
