**Job Summary**

Vertiv is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a critical role in the growth and transformation of our Mexico facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:


\t* Support the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure efficient and effective hiring practices
\t* Collaborate with HR to deliver process improvements and enhancements
\t* Manage the administrative hiring process for all requisitions in Monterrey and Reynosa
\t* Foster a data-driven organization and leverage metrics/trends to drive results
\t* Demonstrate success supporting high-volume recruiting
\t* Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization
\t* Be innovative and share ideas to drive continuous improvement
\t* Own your job and approach daily work with ethics, responsibility, discipline, and ownership
\t* Foster collaborative relationships and leverage diversity for organization effectiveness
\t* Take intelligent risks and drive change and innovation
\t* Ensure an effective and beneficial partnership with HR
\t* Help improve existing hiring practices through relationships, processes, and technology
\t* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to perform the role successfully
\t* Gather data, analyze, and present findings to various audiences
\t* Perform within a highly transformative fast-paced environment
\t* Adhere to company strategic priorities and behaviors
\t* Ensure work authorization and comply with company policies
