Insurance Industry Transformation Sales Leader

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SaaS Enterprise Sales Executive to join our sales team in Mexico City. This role is critical in executing our field-facing activities with Insurance lines of business, as well as fostering collaboration across our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in vertical software solutions.
- Develop Territory and Account Strategy: Create and execute effective territory and account plans to achieve and exceed targets, ensuring timely reporting on activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Drive Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and C-Suite Executives, driving long-term partnerships and growth.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that benefit both parties.
- Maintain Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, ensuring a deep understanding of our products across all lines of business.
- Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, driving alignment and cross-functional success.
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets year over year, ideally with a sales cycle of 9-12 months.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B, vertical software sales to Fortune 500/large enterprise customers.
- Extensive background in negotiations, deal strategy & construction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Drive for results with a high standard of quality.
- Proven success in coordinating and motivating internal teams to execute a deal.
- A growth mindset.
- Knowledge of the Insurance/financial services industry is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
