About the Role

The Territorial Executive Multi Accounts Leader will be responsible for managing key activities in stores across the metropolitan area, ensuring that sales conversions are maintained between 8% and 10%. This role requires strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and train store personnel to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to sell extended warranties.
  • Provide product and sales techniques training to store staff on a regular basis.
  • Participate in national training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure that stores have sufficient supply of terms and conditions contracts and point-of-sale material.
  • Visit stores regularly to provide feedback, establish sales commitments, and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in economic-administrative careers.
  • Supervisor experience in department stores or self-service environments.
  • Sales experience, preferably in electronics, white goods, or computer sales.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
