About the Role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Digital Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, providing expert-level customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prioritize a positive customer experience by listening carefully to customers' needs and concerns, clarifying and confirming requirements to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a courteous and calm demeanor to de-escalate stressful or difficult situations, relying on manager or team support when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain basic knowledge of customer products and/or services, utilizing internal Arrow resources and tools to effectively handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Utilize Salesforce to document customer information, creating, updating, or adjusting customer contact, account, and/or case records as needed.
  • Consistently and accurately maintain Salesforce with customer contact/request reason and resolution for accuracy and metric tracking.
  • Own all cases generated by incoming requests from customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring end-to-end process completion and providing prompt follow-up to end-user customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or High School diploma.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service/e-commerce support.
  • Microsoft Office skills – basic or intermediate.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Attentive to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
