We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Manpower S.A. de C.V. in Guadalajara, Mexico. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide high-level administrative support to enable effective organization and communication in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative duties, including travel, lodging, and expense reports, conference room reservations, and coordination of team meetings and site events.
- Ensure smooth office operations, including distributing incoming mail and packages, arranging and tracking package shipments, and scheduling maintenance and repairs for area office equipment.
- Serve as an effective liaison between various Micron sites, departments, and other TPG locations in the resolution of day-to-day administrative problems.
- Train incoming Administrative Professionals as needed and provide travel and calendar support for Functional Vice Presidents as needed.
- 5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support.
- Experience arranging complex travel for domestic & international destinations.
- Proven ability to interact with team members at all levels of the organization to support multiple activities in parallel.
- Reliable attention to detail, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual: Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience developing administrative policies and procedures.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet defined deadlines.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work well without direct supervision.
