About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Digital Team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize customer inquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide expert-level customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and expected response times.
  • Utilize internal resources and tools to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Document customer information and interactions in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking and metric reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or e-commerce support.
  • Microsoft Office skills - basic or intermediate.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
