In this exciting role as High-Performance Digital Design Specialist, you will be part of our esteemed team responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge memory and storage solutions. Your expertise in digital design will play a crucial role in shaping the future of data storage and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate schematics into layout used for the creation of fabrication reticles.
  • Meet all engineering and process-related criteria needed for an assigned DRAM product.
  • Organize and prioritize logistics and resource allocations to meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Contribute expert technical knowledge to advance innovative technical solutions.
  • Work with Design and other engineering groups to shape strategic decisions and provide advice and counsel to management.
  • Understand various circuit design protocols, different fab processes, mask generation techniques, and tapeout processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in Cadence VLE/VXL and Calibre DRC/LVS is required.
  • Excellent understanding of digital design principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to interface with design engineering teams and understand layout methodology.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/VLSI Engineering or related field.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
