At Ford Motor Company, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Wholesale Allocation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and inventory team, you will play a critical role in handling wholesale allocation, sales updates, and scheduling within assigned market areas.

This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for conducting wholesale allocation, managing post-wholesale communication, tracking, and tracing of vehicles. Additionally, you will provide regional sales updates and sales close support, lead the development of sales estimates, and facilitate priority scheduling.

Your impact will involve maintaining dealer files, ensuring accurate information and auditing dealer files for required documents. You will also analyze and communicate vehicle production plans to meet weekly/monthly build requirements, develop vehicle order guides for multiple vehicle lines, create PCV specs, and review PDL to create Order Guides. Furthermore, you will provide efficient vehicle order processing, scheduling, and invoicing, minimizing Order-to-Delivery (OTD) cycle time.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business-related degrees, with 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Product Development, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong communication skills in English, with complete fluency in reading, writing, and speaking, are essential. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and work well in a team setting, you will thrive in this dynamic environment.

We estimate the salary for this role to be between $60,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
