The Business Development Manager - Wholesale & Sales role at Ford Motor Company is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team. This position involves managing wholesale allocation, sales updates, and scheduling within assigned market areas.
Key Responsibilities- Manage wholesale allocation, sales updates, and scheduling within specific market areas.
- Allocation: Conduct wholesale communication, tracking, and tracing of vehicles.
- Sales: Provide regional sales updates and sales close support; lead development of sales estimates.
- Scheduling: Order Bank maintenance; facilitate priority scheduling; own specialty vehicles; commodity management; facilitate traces.
- Retail Network / Market Representation: Maintain Dealer files, ensuring accurate information and auditing Dealer files for required documents.
- Central Field Order Scheduling: Analyze and communicate vehicle production plans to meet weekly/monthly build requirements.
- Order Guide: Develop vehicle order guides for multiple vehicle lines, create PCV specs, and review PDL to create Order Guides.
- Order Management / Contest & Incentive: Provide efficient vehicle order processing, scheduling, and invoicing, minimizing Order-to-Delivery (OTD) cycle time.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business-related degrees.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Product Development, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Availability to hybrid work.
- Strong communication skills in English, with complete fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent written & verbal communication skills, able to prioritize and work well in a team setting.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
