**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the routing, dispatch, and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Provide backup support for load planning and work with designated department personnel to successfully dispatch loads.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs in our logistics operations.
  • Monitor and report daily pick-ups and deliveries, and provide problem resolution to meet or exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with carriers to ensure trucks are properly loaded and unloaded, and provide detailed directions as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • No experience needed, but an associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
  • Must be results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and purpose.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate well with others and transfer knowledge.
  • Must be able to operate in a busy, demanding environment.
