Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices from vendors
  • Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness

Vendor Management:

  • Manage and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure timely payment and accurate invoicing
  • Negotiate with vendors to resolve outstanding issues and disputes

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial reporting

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including finance and operations teams
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable position
  • Fluent English language skills
  • ERP knowledge, including JDE, SAP, ADONIS, and BPCS
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
