About the Role

As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of our workspace, resolving customer queries and issues, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our workspace, including administrative tasks and maintenance
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in community events and activities to foster a positive and welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve member experience and retention

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
