The Digital Collections Specialist works closely with the RIA Digital Team to manage customer accounts with outstanding balances from digital orders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the billing of unpaid digital orders
- Advise customers of returned items
- Verify customer information and offer payment options
- Recover funds and reactivate customer profiles
- Answer incoming calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide payment receipts to customers when requested
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times
- Achieve recovery targets and call quality objectives
- Handle each call promptly and in the correct manner, updating records accordingly
- Input customer-related data accurately and efficiently
- Resolve disputes, ensuring that caller concerns are actioned correctly and all parties are notified
- Manage difficult customers while remaining polite, tactful, honest, and firm
- Negotiate payments and decide on the correct action
- Relate to people from a variety of different backgrounds
**Requirements**
- College degree preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Accounting/Finance/Banking background preferred
