Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telematics Support Specialist to join our team at Terex Corporation. This is a full-time position responsible for managing telematics activations, providing exceptional customer support, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage telematics activations, including issue resolution and communications with customers.
  • Provide feedback and technical assistance to customer inquiries and issues, including live demos and troubleshooting.
  • Support monthly reporting and customer adoption activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and requests.
Required Qualifications:
  • Two years of customer service or equivalent experience.
  • Call center experience is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in equipment deployment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle ERP and Salesforce CRM experience.
  • Ability to relate to diverse individuals in a professional manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
