About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and solution support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide high-quality technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues with our WMS system and delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Solution Ownership: Own customer solutions for Tier 1/2 customers and engage in early implementation projects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate positively with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and other stakeholders to enhance solution stability and service quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a technical support role or similar customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of BY WMS product (functional and technical) and Azure technologies.
