We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Paralegal Bilingual Specialist to join our team at Virtual Staffing Llc. As a key member of our virtual law firm, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers, including maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, in a secure and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support lawyers in their cases.
- Draft and file documents in court, including pleadings, petitions, and discovery.
- Request medical bills and records, and coordinate with opposing counsels and medical practitioners.
- Sort documents in case folders and create a record chart and record summary for each client case.
- Prepare notices and schedule depositions, and write demand letters and letters of representation.
- Coordinate with lawyers to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
- Personal Injury law experience is required, with a solid knowledge of legal terminology, legal procedure, and substantive law.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work with databases and online technological platforms is required.
- Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible, with a strong organizational skillset.
- Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various backgrounds and professional competencies.

- Competitive compensation rate of $6-$7 USD per hour for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
