About the Role

Paper Street Media is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, managing our marketing budget, and analyzing our marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design, implement, and execute the vision and long-term strategic marketing roadmap for Paper Street Media.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders to ensure proper prioritization of initiatives and drive accountability.
  • Lead Marketing Operations: Manage the marketing budget, ensure accurate tracking of costs/performance metrics, and provide insights on funnel performance to stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance.
  • Develop and Present Key Data: Prepare reporting and analyses, proforma projections, and operational decisions, including build vs. buy analysis.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing creative operations, production, and/or project management, preferably at an entertainment studio, network, or agency.
  • Skills: Fluent in video and digital types and formats, knowledgeable of the evolving advertising landscape, and strong analytical acumen to evaluate complex systems and dissect problems.
  • Leadership: Experience managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams, with strong communication and cross-functional skills.
