About the Role:

The Fraud Analyst position at Fetch is a critical component of our user experience, ensuring that honest users receive their points accurately and without interruption, while preventing individuals attempting to cheat the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review data and behavior for suspicious activity and take action when fraudulent activity is identified, in accordance with company terms of service and team guidelines.
  • Conduct daily reviews of user accounts and actions based on suspected fraudulent activity, following established processes to mitigate revenue loss and prevent future fraud.
  • Identify activity, behavior, and data indicative of fraudulent behavior through manual review and data analysis.
  • Suggest new methods to catch fraud activity early or improve existing processes.
  • Collaborate with support and users to ensure a seamless experience, escalating widespread issues or trends for immediate response.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations consistent with team and department goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge in a fast-paced environment by actively consuming support communications and resources.
  • Engage with colleagues and celebrate individual and team accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Technical proficiency, with Google as a primary resource.
