Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Fraud Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our fraud prevention team, you'll play a critical role in identifying and preventing fraudulent activity, ensuring the integrity of our business and protecting our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain or exceed established standards for customer service, resolving complex issues with minimal supervision.
- Conduct thorough research to validate purchases and investigate fraudulent transactions.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent fraud and protect our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats to ensure our fraud prevention strategies remain effective.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
