About the Role

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Fraud Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations - Services team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing fraud management policies, processes, and procedures to minimize the impact of fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert analytical support to identify and mitigate fraud risks
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns in fraud activity
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize fraud losses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of fraud prevention initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention and risk management

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in financial services
  • Proven track record of success in fraud prevention and risk management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
