Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Strategist to join our team at Novartis Mexico. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for shaping our marketing and go-to-market strategies across various disease areas and healthcare segments.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial excellence, with experience in developing and implementing customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to integrate market insights, product knowledge, and customer needs to create compelling engagement plans and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies that align with Novartis' business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with regional heads to ensure effective integration of market approaches and customer models.
  • Work with new ways of working partners to enable agile marketing and customer model implementation.
  • Provide overall direction for enhancing customer experience through analysis of business objectives and customer needs.
  • Translate brand strategies into actionable precision engagement and field force development plans.
  • Design and deploy change management processes to support commercial teams in achieving our aspirations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications).
  • 5-7+ years of broad commercial experience as a marketing manager, associate, or sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel trends and deployment in the Mexican market.
  • Solid understanding of the Mexican healthcare system (public and private) with proven experience in deploying marketing plans there.
  • Ability to evaluate and import new/untested/innovative customer models or initiatives.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in people and organization roles or initiatives (Talent, Learning, or Business Partnering).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to formulate ROI.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), selling, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead and forge external, internal, and international partnerships.
  • Fluent in English.
