**Talent Management**:

As a key member of the leadership team, you will partner with Recruiting to develop and execute a proactive workforce plan and recruiting strategy that aligns with the company's growth initiatives. You will champion talent management across the organization, driving attraction, retention, and development of staff to improve business performance and build a strong management bench.

**Organizational Design and Development**:

You will work closely with the leadership team to analyze workforce capability and skills requirements, participating in the planning process to ensure alignment of goals. You will guide and direct leaders on organizational design, development, and change management solutions to drive successful outcomes.

**Engagement & Culture**:

You will develop strong partnerships with leaders and employees at all levels, managing relationships with unions and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. You will communicate updates on labor relations, regulations, and reforms to inform your teams and drive results.

**HR Operations and Management**:

You will lead and coach site leadership on the implementation of HR programs, including annual performance, salary, and talent reviews. You will work directly with managers to resolve employee issues and develop communication and change initiatives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

A Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Business Partner roles, with a strong working knowledge of Mexico labor laws and demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills.
