**Human Resources Business Partner (Shared Services)**

**Main Tasks**:

Provide strategic and tactical human resource support to several of Hexagon shared services Executive leaders to drive revenue and foster growth of the organization.

Key responsibilities include planning and directing human resource initiatives, such as talent management, employee relations, workforce engagement, and workforce development, to support business outcomes.

Partner with business leadership to proactively diagnose and identify future people-related business needs and translate them into achievable action plans.

Advise management on related risk, balancing legal requirements with business requirements.

Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to manage core HR processes and programs in support of business goals.

Leverage shared service teams to enable execution of day-to-day human resource functions and maximize the effectiveness of HR delivery.

Maintain broad influence through ongoing development of internal/external relationships across the organization.

Engage in key business initiatives involving the design of organizational development strategies to enhance business performance through the facilitation of reorganization efforts, change management strategies, and/or cultural alignment activities as needed.

Oversee communication and change management efforts, ensuring a culture that enables employee development through effective information sharing at all levels of the organization.

Educate, coach, and guide HR team members and broader HR functional partners on business initiatives and related requirements.

Develop domain knowledge of Hexagon businesses to include an understanding of short-term objectives and long-term strategies for the organization.

Ensure compliance with Hexagon policies, processes, and practices.

Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local employment practices and labor laws.

Role model Hexagon ethical standards, professionalism, and code of conduct.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications / Experience**

Experience in the HR area, minimum 1-3 years.

Experience working in a multinational shared services organization will be an advantage.

Assume responsibility for assigned responsibilities.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to learn new skills easily and willingness to expand your knowledge.

An effective team player with energy and enthusiasm.

Proactive and creative in terms of continuous improvements in ways of working.

Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment with a positive attitude.
