Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze offers, contracts, and quotations with internal and external suppliers and customers, ensuring compliance with commercial, tax, insurance, and legal aspects.
- Collaborate with technical colleagues to prepare calculations for quotations and analyze risks, implementing professional currency management.
- Negotiate contracts, assess customer creditworthiness, and prepare order intake calculations with technical colleagues.
- Implement LoAs and bid releases by collecting necessary information, including calculation, contract analysis, and risk analysis.
- Develop order intake planning for countries, transferring relevant information to plant delivery planning and volume planning of order execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in the products business, preferably in the offer stage, with a special interest in energy transmission.
- Familiarity with SAP/Spiridon and MS Office, with knowledge of data processing and visualization a plus.
- Fluent language skills in Spanish and English, with other foreign languages an advantage.
- Ability to cooperate, strong communication skills, and decision-making capabilities.
