Job Description

The Transformation Specialist will be responsible for providing in-depth consulting services to customers on the implementation of our product suite. This role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to ensure successful adoption and usage of our products.

  • Owning the end-to-end transformation process for assigned customers, including change management, implementation, integrations, training, usage, and adoption.
  • Reviewing new customer contracts and documenting relevant information.
  • Ensuring databases are correctly configured for assigned clients.
  • Aligning with Sales, Customer Success, and assigned clients to validate objectives and implementation requirements.
  • Assessing customer knowledge derived from self-paced learning modules through consistent check-ins and touchpoints with assigned clients and internal teams.
  • Hosting customized consultative training sessions with assigned customers to bridge knowledge gaps in applying concepts from self-paced learning modules.
  • Facilitating change management in partnership with assigned accounts.
  • Crafting success plans for all assigned clients, tracking client progress, assessing and mitigating risks to transformation and adoption.
  • Clearly communicating timeline updates throughout the project across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively driving project timelines and deliverables and ensuring customers and internal teams achieve transformation milestones.
  • Identifying needs for additional features and training that enhance customer success and retention.
  • Utilizing project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans.
  • Strategically transitioning customers to assigned teams during each handoff to ensure customer success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in onboarding customers at a SaaS company.
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into powerful messaging and meet people where they are in their technology know-how.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in nuanced, ambiguous situations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate and effectively manage cross-functional partnerships with competing agendas.
  • Enthusiastic and engaging presence with customers.
  • Familiarity with remote presentation software and CRM tools (a plus).
  • Ability to flex your work schedule to serve global clients in multiple time zones.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per yearBenefits
