About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers and internal teams, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve complex customer cases through various contact channels, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience, including creating tutorials, how-to videos, technical articles, and trainings.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on how to improve our services and work on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
  • Continuously learn and develop new technical skills and professional competencies.
  • Act as an interviewer in hiring processes and coach/mentor new team members.

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience administrating Linux operating system, including security, permissions, managing users/groups, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge or experience with network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) within technical and business settings.
