About the Role

As a Cloud Support Engineer I at Amazon Web Services Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. - C68, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a Cloud Ambassador, leveraging your technical expertise to help customers succeed in the cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Support-Related Initiatives: Develop and implement processes to improve customer support experiences, including tutorials, how-to videos, technical articles, and trainings.
  • Provide Feedback to Internal Teams: Share your customer support experience to help internal AWS teams improve their services and address complex customer problems.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Groundbreaking Technologies: Continuously learn and develop new technical skills and professional competencies to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Act as an interviewer in hiring processes and coach/mentor new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge or experience with distributed search, conceptual search understanding, text parsing analysis, tokenization, databases vs search services, data skew, fault tolerance, data streaming concepts, and cloud computing.
  • Language Skills: Experience scripting or developing in one or more of the following languages: UNIX Shell, Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java,.NET (C#), JavaScript.
