Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer at Continental, you will play a key role in developing engaging and effective learning solutions for our global workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to design and create high-quality learning content, leveraging your expertise in instructional design and authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, and Camtasia.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop learning activities and course content that meet the needs of our internal customers
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Learning Experts, and other Instructional Designers to create learner-centric solutions
  • Consult with internal customers to translate their learning objectives into effective learning items
  • Organize and support strategic events in Continental
  • Work with the Continental communication team to promote learning content and strategic events

**Requirements:**

  • Academic degree in graphical design, pedagogy, communications, marketing, or comparable studies
  • Visual design skills, knowledge of basic design principles, and ability to storyboard
  • Experience in instructional design and authoring tools, highly desirable
  • Knowledge of animation principles and video editing, highly desirable
  • Good communication skills, copywriting, and communication strategies skills
