We're seeking a highly skilled Technology Solutions Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Technology Solutions department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our users, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our technology solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical assistance and support to various departments on large-scale projects, helping them understand and implement technical solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on the effective use of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate on high-volume projects, managing system integrations and optimizing technical workflows to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct preemptive testing following updates or changes, identifying and resolving potential issues before and after implementation of solutions.
- Assist in testing and validation during system updates and transitions, ensuring smooth integration with minimal disruption.
- Evaluate existing tooling processes and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in designing, creating, and implementing business reports.
- Project management abilities to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
