Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a talented individual to join our Leadership Development Program - Finance. This two-year program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive development experience, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a leadership role.

- Position Overview:
The Eaton Leadership Development Program Finance & Accounting is a two-year program that involves two assignments in an Eaton facility, each lasting 12 months. Participants will have the opportunity to hone their leadership skills and gain valuable experience in finance and accounting.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Geographical flexibility to relocate.
- Ability to speak a second language fluently.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others within campus and/or community.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting.
