About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing activities related to customer service, capacity management, and transportation team control, both in Mexico and the United States. This position requires effective communication with customers, carriers, and other internal teams to ensure optimal workflow and compliance with established quality standards and delivery times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Manage customer relationships and resolve issues
- Track and monitor pickups and deliveries in Mexico and the United States
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and efficient transportation
- Manage capacity and team control to meet customer demands
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, international business, engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in logistics, fleet management, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of major carriers and industry pricing
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
