At Builder Lead Converter, we are seeking a skilled and results-driven Client Success & Inside Sales Associate to lead our onboarding process and support ongoing technical needs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly client meetings to review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and confirm system functionality
- Address product-related queries promptly and provide timely solutions
- Train customers to effectively use our products and ensure they are meeting their technical needs
- Communicate customer feedback to our development team to identify potential new features or products
- Report on product performance and propose solutions to reduce support costs
- Analyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features
- Collaborate with our leadership team to win new business and increase sales
- Establish best practices through SOPs & Quality Assurance implementations
- Track clients' monthly KPI scores to ensure continuous improvement
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and serve as the primary liaison between the company and the client
- Upsell additional services and provide system training when needed
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies, specifically High-level and WordPress
- Familiarity with software and front-end development
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer timely solutions
- Excellent verbal (English) and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tech, sales, and marketing savvy a plus
- Background in new home, remodeling, or real estate sales a plus
