Client Success & Inside Sales Associate

At Builder Lead Converter, we are seeking a skilled and results-driven Client Success & Inside Sales Associate to lead our onboarding process and support ongoing technical needs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities


  • Conduct monthly client meetings to review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and confirm system functionality
  • Address product-related queries promptly and provide timely solutions
  • Train customers to effectively use our products and ensure they are meeting their technical needs
  • Communicate customer feedback to our development team to identify potential new features or products
  • Report on product performance and propose solutions to reduce support costs
  • Analyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to win new business and increase sales
  • Establish best practices through SOPs & Quality Assurance implementations
  • Track clients' monthly KPI scores to ensure continuous improvement
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and serve as the primary liaison between the company and the client
  • Upsell additional services and provide system training when needed


Qualifications


  • Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies, specifically High-level and WordPress
  • Familiarity with software and front-end development
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer timely solutions
  • Excellent verbal (English) and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Tech, sales, and marketing savvy a plus
  • Background in new home, remodeling, or real estate sales a plus
