About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Team Lead to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position based in [location].

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of sales agents to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Set clear expectations for performance and conduct, and measure against these to meet or exceed budget expectations.
  • Assess the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, and prepare regular sales forecasts for management.
  • Review the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member and interpret it, offering guidance on how to improve.
  • Build, report on, and communicate key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the region.

Requirements

  • Experience managing an inside sales team with strong leadership skills.
  • Able to build, lead, and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model.
  • Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to run reports within it.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of sales agents to achieve revenue growth targets. This includes setting clear expectations for performance and conduct, assessing the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, and preparing regular sales forecasts for management.
