Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Hsbc. As a key member of our Wholesale Planning Services team, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer onboarding experience, managing client expectations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including the collection of client information required to complete the Client Due Diligence (CDD) profile.
  • Ensure client expectations are set against defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and these SLAs are visible & managed across all functions.
  • Maintain a strong control environment and ensure that any data input is dealt with in a timely manner and in the correct and consistent format.
  • Actively participate in the development and refinement of the internal control/process environment to optimize the customer service proposition.

Requirements

  • Commercial banking knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • A record of successful accomplishment in providing consistently outstanding customer service.
  • Spanish mandatory and English intermediate-advanced.
  • Proven track record in a client-focused environment and knowledge of the CDD Line of Business Procedures.
