Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual with a strong background in human resource management and quality assurance to fill the position of Provincial Government Audit Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting audits, evaluating processes, and implementing improvements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Internal Quality Audit Team in maintaining certification to ISO 9001:2015
  • Develop and implement effective human resource management systems
  • Evaluate and improve processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in human resource management and quality assurance
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective systems
  • Strong knowledge of policy preparation and process development
