Deflator & Revenue Growth Management Specialist

At Edgewell Personal Care Brands, we're looking for a highly skilled Deflator & Revenue Growth Management Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue growth initiatives aligned with our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to drive topline and gross margin growth
• Ensure full control and effective investment of deflator/gross to net
• Evaluate the commercial and financial impact of promotional grids and trade activities
• Define promoted price strategy across channels and brands to drive top line growth
• Work collaboratively with trade marketing, marketing, and key accounts to deliver promotional grids from strategy to execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or a related field
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in customer account and P&L management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
