Pricing and Revenue Management Specialist

As a Pricing and Revenue Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by optimizing our pricing strategies and revenue management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate efforts between sales, delivery, strategic pricing, and finance teams to create, upload, administer, and process sales deals, contracts, and procedure selling.
  • Support pricing advanced analytics by connecting and managing different variables and sources of information to create deliverables for the business.
  • Upload and administer price data in SAP/SFDC, including list prices, segment discounts, base prices, BOMs, contracts, and billing process.
  • Support the modeling of Procedure Selling and manage pricing data deliverables related to PnL by account, update, governance, and maintenance with different areas and stakeholders.
  • Lead projects related to the simplification of pricing architecture and authorization flows.
  • Lead price approval flows according to the local pricing policy.
  • Work closely with the strategic side of the team to ensure adherence to the pricing strategy.
  • Work with principal stakeholders to ensure compliance on pricing requests.
  • Lead audit processes and meet price supports.
  • Be a business partner with functional areas to facilitate the invoicing process.
  • Support Portfolio and MDG process.
Requirements:
  • Proactive, mature, and self-reliant person who can work under pressure and comply with specific short deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, in addition to process-oriented skills.
  • Ability to navigate in a complex and global organization such as J&J.
  • University degree required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in analytical and/or pricing and revenue management areas required.
  • Advance English level required.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Partner and Process orientation with attention to detail.
  • Strong connect as well as a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot), Power BI preferred.
  • Previous experience working with databases in general preferred.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • SAP, SFDC knowledge preferred.
