Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead P&L analysis of topline and bottom line, providing valuable inputs for decision-making of Financial Directors, CFO & CEO.
- Risk and Opportunity Identification: Identify potential risks & opportunities throughout the year to identify mitigation plans and ensure delivering NR and NOPBT expectations.
- Process Simplification: Drive process simplification agenda and continuously leveraging digital tools and capabilities.
- NCI and Productivity Focus: Ensure adherence of NCI (net commodity inflation) and productivity agendas with P&L.
- Support P&L KPIs analysis: Track topline, opex execution, productivity and investments agendas.
- Deep Dive into Financial Data: Deliver insightful analysis, identify required actions and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Identify and Research Variances: Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and Maintain Tools and Models: Improve Planning Processes as Monthly Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Deep Dive (SDD).
- Partner with Finance Teams: Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree: In Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar.
- Experience in Finance and Planning: Prior experience in financial planning roles; strong understanding of P&L and business case development would be a plus.
- Strong Financial Modeling and Analytical Capabilities: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to Work Independently: Able to work independently and takes initiative.
