Digital Chat Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Log and classify customer interactions in our call tracking database.
- Filter and escalate customer inquiries as necessary.
- Track inquiry resolution progress and proactively communicate with customers as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English language skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make effective decisions.
- Customer-focused and committed to providing a positive experience.
- Basic knowledge of online chat tools and ticket tracking systems.
