Marketing Portfolio Manager

About the RoleAs a Marketing Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing bottler alignment on marketing agendas, working on innovation projects, and providing market input for OU- and market-level innovation projects. You will also provide localization and real-time amplification of IMX campaigns within Franchise units and support local media buying. Additionally, you will manage brand activation at the local level, including POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events, in coordination with bottlers.
This role requires strong leadership experience, business acumen, and commercial skills. You should have experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, and be proficient in marketing execution, POS and experiential marketing, relationship management, and growth-oriented thinking.
Key Responsibilities- Manage bottler alignment on marketing agendas, including portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans.
- Work on innovation projects and IMX campaigns in partnership with C&CL and Franchise Leadership.
- Provide market input for the development of OU- and market-level innovation projects.
- Localize and amplify IMX campaigns within Franchise units.
- Support local media buying that cannot be bought at OU-level.
- Manage brand activation at the local level, including POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events.
- 10-12 years of marketing and leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong business, commercial, and financial acumen.
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
