Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the organization's business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to craft policies that promote company culture and vision, and align with industry best practices.
- Oversee talent management, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Analyze trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead organizational design and change management projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and drive business results.
- Provide strategic leadership and support for HR-related projects and initiatives, and partner with management to identify new opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR strategist or similar role, with a strong track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices, and a solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a proven ability to drive results and achieve business objectives.
