The Senior Manager, Engineering Recruiting will play a critical role in shaping the future of Zillow's engineering talent acquisition strategy. As a key member of the Tech Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies that drive business growth and meet the company's hiring goals.
This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team and make a significant impact on the company's success. You will be responsible for identifying and delivering top talent across the business, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies that meet business goals and drive growth
- Lead a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting solutions
- Identify and deliver top talent across the business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other talent acquisition professionals
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruiting
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing recruiting strategies that drive business growth
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
