Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering Recruiting to lead our engineering recruiting team and work closely with the Tech Leadership team to set and develop recruiting strategies that meet business goals. This is an opportunity to lead multiple teams in identifying and delivering outstanding talent across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent in the engineering field.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other business partners.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process.
- Provide coaching and guidance to recruiters to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on engineering recruiting.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic recruiting plans.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
