We're seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering Recruiting to lead our engineering recruiting team and work closely with the Tech Leadership team to set and develop recruiting strategies that meet business goals. This is an opportunity to lead multiple teams in identifying and delivering outstanding talent across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent in the engineering field.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and hiring managers.
- Manage and analyze data to inform recruitment decisions and optimize the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in organizational psychology, organizational development, talent management, HR, or related field.
