Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

The Senior Manager, Engineering Recruiting will play a critical role in driving the future growth of Zillow by leading our engineering recruiting team and collaborating closely with the Tech Leadership team to develop and implement recruiting strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent in the engineering field.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Lead a team of recruiters to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
- Strong understanding of the engineering field and the ability to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
